We all use search engines, but probably care little about how they work. Small businesses need to get their product and services out into the public's eye and so submission to search engines are important. At PortraitDesigns we don't make promises about search engine rankings, but we do promise to make a genuine effort to describe your site accurately for search engine submission to five of the most popular. This includes Google, MSN, and AskJeeves.
Search engines use page titles and other descriptive words about your site contained in the page design. These 'containers' are called meta tags and the common ones are description, and keywords. At PortraitDesigns we will give these descriptors careful consideration based upon your site content and share them with you prior to search engine submission.
