However there are alternatives and some of the more popular can be found, and downloaded at the links below. Please note you can keep IE and add other web browsers such as those below and choose which is best by trying several.
Firefox is great and allows tabs in the same window, (great for switching between several sites all in a single window). To get the Firefox browser simply click the Firefox logo and visit the site. Other popular alternative browsers include Netscape, and Opera. Please note we test all our sites in these browsers to ensure consistent reproduction of the web site in a range of browsers.
Free viewers for downloaded files
On this site we recommend the use of of our Good Design article, and provide a microsoft Word file for submitting web site requests. We appreciate that you may not have Microsoft Word, but would like to make potential customers aware that you can download for free a Word Viewer, to read downloaded files. Get the free download by clicking this link.
Similarly many files for download are in PDF file format (Portable Document Format). These files need Adobe Reader to be viewed, and again this software can be downloaded by clicking on the Adobe Reader logo.
